How to use WS_FTP Pro to upload your Web site.
1- Download ws_ftppro.zip
2- Unzip and run f0-wf702.
3- fill up the following information:
 Host Name,  FTP User, Password: Same like your control panel Password. 
Please find this information in control panel.
4- UNCHECK PASSIVE Mode check box.
5- Upload your web site inside your domain's folder.
 
Note:
You might need to stop your local firewall or antivirus. some times they block port 20 or 21 which you need to use ftp active mode.
also please check with your ISP if they have blocked port 20,21 for FTP access.
 
For Cute FTP users:
You have to disable PASSIVE mode
1- On the menu bar, choose File > Site Manager.
2- Select the site you want to modify.
3- Click Edit.
4- Clear the Use PASV mode check box.
